ANGELES CITY – Hausland Holdings Incorporated (HHI), one of Central Luzon’s established property developers, has officially entered the condominium market with the unveiling of FLATS, a modern low-rise residential development in Barangay Pampang here.

“We offer affordable, high-quality condominiums at a convenient location,” said Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan, president and chief executive officer of HHI, during the project’s grand launching last week.

Tan said the company carefully studied the needs and preferences of its customers before deciding to venture into condominium development.

He emphasized that FLATS was designed to provide affordable and comfortable living spaces, particularly for young professionals, starting families, and individuals seeking a convenient urban lifestyle.

“We mostly cater to our young customers for FLATS,” Tan said.

He added that the development features several open spaces where residents can relax, socialize, and enjoy outdoor activities.

“We have several open spaces for those who will live at FLATS,” he said.

The project marks HHI’s first venture into condominium development after years of building residential communities in Pampanga, Zambales, and Bataan.

Tan also announced the establishment of Hausland Urban Estates (HUE), a new company that will oversee the group’s condominium developments.

FLATS introduces a low-rise residential concept that combines modern design, functional living spaces, and community-oriented amenities.

Unlike conventional high-rise condominiums, the development aims to provide a more intimate residential environment while offering the convenience of urban living.

Located in Barangay Pampang, the project seeks to cater to the growing demand for accessible and affordable housing as Angeles City continues to develop as a commercial, business, and lifestyle center.

The development carries the campaign “Live Forward,” which promotes three lifestyle concepts: Live Freely, Live Confidently, and Live Together.

These principles emphasize independence, comfortable living, and stronger community connections among residents.

According to the developer, FLATS was conceptualized to address the changing housing preferences of younger generations who value accessibility, convenience, and a balanced lifestyle.

Meanwhile, Gene Ryan Bautista, chief operating officer of Hausland Urban Estates, shared the company’s vision for the project and its plans to introduce residential developments suited to the evolving needs of homebuyers.

Bautista highlighted the concepts behind FLATS, particularly its focus on functionality, comfort, and modern community living.

The grand launching gathered company executives, business partners, and guests to witness the official unveiling of the development.

The event was highlighted by the unveiling of the FLATS marker and a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the model building.

The occasion also marked a new chapter for HHI as it expands its property development portfolio from traditional housing communities to condominium projects.

With FLATS, the company aims to provide another housing option for individuals and families seeking modern residences within Angeles City.

The developer said the project reflects its continuing commitment to making quality residential developments accessible to more Filipinos.

“FLATS by Hausland Urban Estates. Live Forward,” the company said.
