Mayor Pogi visits Bale Pusu
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on February 2, 2023 visits the wards sheltered at Bale Pusu to check on their condition.
Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center Chief of Hospital Dr. Froilan Canlas accompanied Mayor Lazatin during his visit at Bale Pusu.
Bale Pusu is a brainchild of Mayor Lazatin as he aims to prioritize the safety and welfare of Angeleños and individuals living in Angeles, ensuring that no one will stay out in the cold streets of the city.
The city-run home for the female homeless elderly, was inaugurated on September 2021, a flagship program of Mayor Lazatin, supervised by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel.
Last month, Mayor Lazatin facilitated the return of Bale Pusu ward Elizabeth Girao to her family in Aklan.
