P745-M infra in AC to be complete by 2024, 2025
ANGELES CITY — The city government under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. is set to complete all the pending infrastructure projects amounting to P745 million in the third quarter of 2024 and in January 2025.
Mayor Lazatin revealed this during his 5th State of the City Address on June 24, 2024 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Legislative Building.
Among the mentioned projects to be finished and inaugurated at the third quarter of 2024 are the expansion of Crematorium amounting to P220 million, construction of the New Pampang Public Market worth P400 million, Kanlungan ng Kabataan worth P30 million, and the East Circumferential Road worth P30 million.
While for January 2025, the construction of the new Legislative Building amounting to P65 million will be completed.
Among the priority programs of Mayor Lazatin since he took office in 2018 is infrastructure development, as he firmly believes that this will bring more economic growth.
