Lazatin is top 5 Mayor in Central Luzon
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo โPogiโ Lazatin Jr. has been hailed as one of the Top City Mayors in Central Luzon by the ๐ฅ๐ฃ-๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ป๐ฐ. (๐ฅ๐ฃ๐ ๐).
The RPMD is a non-government organization which spearheaded the independent and non-commissioned performance appraisal survey.
Mayor Lazatin ranked 5th in the said survey, garnering 78.92% appraisal rating.
Dubbed as “๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ป” survey, the evaluation criteria were based on seven fundamental parameters: economic development, governance and leadership, service delivery, financial management, environmental management, public engagement, and social services.
Lazatin said that this only shows that his administration is fostering accountability, enhancing transparency, facilitating continuous improvement, and promoting good governance.
โIsa po itong karangalan na mabigyan ng ganitong pagkilala at magandang feedback mula sa ating mga kababayan,โ Lazatin said.
โDakal pung salamat! Magsisilbi po itong inspirasyon para sa buong Angeles City Government na mas lalo pong paghusayan ang serbisyo publiko, katuwang po ang ating mga manggagawa na binubuhos din ang kanilang dedikasyon,โ Lazatin furthered.
The survey was held last February 25โMarch 8, 2023, with a total of 10,000 respondents who were registered voters. The sampling margin of error is ยฑ1 percent with a 95% confidence level, where respondents were randomly chosen.
The Lazatin administration has been delivering programs and services closer to Angeleรฑos, flagship programs of which are mainly for health, education, social and welfare services, livelihood, infrastructure development, anti-drug efforts, disaster-resilient programs, and peace and order.
