CDC denies P200 monthly fee on delivery riders

CLARK FREEPORT — The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) said it is not imposing a P200 monthly fee for delivery riders within the Clark Freeport Zone.

In a statement in response to the circulating reports, the CDC said “this information is false and has no basis in fact or form.”

CDC said did not issue and approve such imposition and will not, in any way, collect additional fees from delivery riders entering and exiting the Freeport Zone.

Its Security Services Group (SSG), particularly, the Public Safety Division, is now conducting further investigation on this matter.

CDC recognizes the delivery riders’ dedication to service and their contribution to enhancing the experience of our guests, visitors, residents, and employees within the Freeport Zone.

It strongly urges stakeholders and the general public to avoid spreading and engaging with unverified information.

“Formal communications and guidelines are only released and made available through our official website and social media pages. For questions or urgent concerns, you may contact (045) 599-9000 or dial #1232,” it said in a statement.
