Mayor Lazatin signs peace covenant for unity of AC candidates

ANGELES CITY – Incumbent Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” G. Lazatin, Jr., who is running for a second term as City Mayor, signed the Peace Covenant for Secure, Accurate, Free, and Fair Elections held at the Holy Rosary Parish Hall in Barangay Sto. Rosario here on March 3, 2022.

 “At the end of the day, magkababayan tayong lahat,” Lazatin said during the signing, “Lahat tayo may pagmamahal sa bayan and, after the elections, all of us will still work towards the betterment of this country so we have to remember to be professional and dignified so we can have a peaceful election.”

Joining him during the signing are the members of Team Lazatin, his running mate, incumbent City Vice Mayor Ma. Vicenta “Vicky” Vega-Cabigting; along with the entire slate of councilor-aspirants running under Lazatin’s banner – incumbent City Councilors Joan Cyrstal “JC” Aguas, Marino “Niknok” Bañola, Joseph Alfie Bonifacio, Raco Del Rosario, Danilo “Dan” Lacson, Jesus “Jay” Sangil, and Atty. Arvin “Pogs” Suller; as well as new hopefuls Rodelio Mamac Jr., Aaron Pineda, and Christopher Joseph “CJ” Ponce.
