David, Dizon of Porac gun for 3 local posts

PORAC, Pampanga —  Second District Board Member Olga Frances “Fritzie” David-Dizon is seeking reelection while her brother and son are gunning for posts in their hometown of Porac.

David-Dizon, who is aiming for a second term, is a close ally of Gov. Dennis Pineda and Vice Gov. Lilia Pineda. She was a former president of the Philippine Councilor League-Pampanga Chapter and chief-of-staff of Lilia.

“I plan to continue serving well the people in our district with the valuable assistance of the governor and vice governor,” said David-Dizon.

“Dedicated and hardworking leaders like us are needed especially now that there is a pandemic,” she added.

David-Dizon’s brother, Dexter Albert David, is running for vice mayor. He was a former three-term vice mayor and councilor.

“I want to serve again as vice mayor, especially now that there is a pandemic,” said David. “We will continue our brand of quality service to the people of Porac.”

 David-Dizon’s son, Ruben Troy Marciano “Bench” Dizon, filed his certificate of candidacy for councilor.

Dizon belongs to a third generation of politician. His grandparents on the maternal side are former Acting Gov. Edna David and Porac Mayor Roy David, and on the paternal side, Porac Mayor Marciano Dizon.

Dizon said he was influenced by the public servants from their family, stressing that he wants to serve the people of Porac”foremost.”
